What used to require many helping hands and considerable physical effort can now be done safely by three people without heavy lifting. This saves time and makes handling the historic aircraft much easier.  <\/p>\n<p>The new trailer also offers major advantages on the road. The Kranich III can now be transported regardless of the weather; with a speed rating of up to 100 km\/h, it is also highly versatile. Liability and comprehensive insurance provide additional protection for this valuable historic aircraft.<br \/>\nThe Kranich III D-5292 is available to interested clubs and can be rented on a weekly basis for \u20ac260. As a historic glider, it combines history with real-world flying experience: It is easy to fly, has docile flight characteristics, and offers impressive performance\u2014making it ideal even for less experienced pilots.   <\/p>\n<p>Anyone who wanted to not only see the crane but also experience it firsthand had the opportunity to take a flight during the Crane Gathering in Kitzingen from August 7 to 16.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the donations already raised, another \u20ac10,000 is still needed to finance the trailer. Supporters will receive a special opportunity for visibility: The trailer\u2019s generous exterior surfaces offer space for logos, turning it into a rolling stage for advocacy as it travels throughout Germany.
